We're looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our Founding Instructor Team and help shape the BurnHaus experience from day one. Whether you're already a certified instructor or looking to begin your Lagree journey, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Posting: Lagree Instructor
As a BurnHaus Instructor, you'll create an exceptional experience before, during, and after every class by:

Delivering safe, engaging, and motivating Lagree classes.

Coaching clients of all fitness levels with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Providing clear verbal cueing, hands-on corrections (where appropriate), and movement modifications.
-
Building genuine relationships with members and fostering an inclusive, welcoming community.
-
Arriving prepared with class programming, playlists, and equipment ready before each class.
-
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
-
Continuing to develop your coaching skills through ongoing education and team training.
-
Representing the BurnHaus brand both inside and outside the studio.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about movement, community, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following:

Lagree experience (participant or instructor)
-
Pilates certification
-
Group fitness certification
-
Personal training certification
-
Yoga or Barre instruction experience (an asset)
-
Previous coaching or teaching experience
You are also:
-
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Confident speaking to and motivating groups.

Friendly, professional, and dependable.

A team player with a positive attitude.

Willing to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Eager to learn and grow with a new boutique fitness studio.
No Lagree certification?
That's okay! Selected candidates will have the opportunity to complete Lagree Instructor Training and our in-house mentorship program before teaching independently.

Job Posting: Studio Concierge
As a Studio Concierge, you'll help create the BurnHaus experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. You'll be responsible for delivering a welcoming, polished, and seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio.
Responsibilities include:

Creating a warm and memorable first impression for every member and guest.

Managing class check-ins, bookings, memberships, and account inquiries through our booking platform, MarianaTek.

Anticipating member needs and providing thoughtful, solution-oriented service.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment, including the lobby, retail displays, and amenities.

Assisting with retail and beverage sales while confidently recommending products and memberships.
-
Supporting instructors with class transitions and ensuring each class begins on time.
-
Responding to phone calls, emails, and general studio inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
-
Assisting with community events, member activations, and studio initiatives.
-
Contributing ideas that enhance the member experience and support the continued growth of BurnHaus.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate:

Has experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or administrative support.

Communicates confidently and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pays close attention to detail and takes initiative without being asked.
-
Is comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.

Mariana Tek software experience a plus
-
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Has a genuine interest in health, wellness, and building community.

Is available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Previous experience in a boutique fitness or wellness environment is considered an asset but is not required.
